  • English for men

I have noticed that men don't stay in the English Forum very long. Why? I should think it has to do with the themes. Anyway Gentlemen, how about trying here? Talk about things that interest you.

Hi Andrea, super, wish I has seen that.
Bush is a real character to make fun of.
Grace, did you mean the programmes on computers or have I misunderstood you with Surface?
A few years ago, we wanted to get away from MS and try other programmes, but it just didn't work. If there was a real alternative, I would get rid of them tomorrow. Take care all, Edwina

    hello jack,
interesting, to read your remark. could you specify a little bit more what you mean with "europeans being asleep"?
    grace
as far as i am aware the surface-software for using the world wide web in the way we are using it now was deloveped at laboratories in switzerland financed by the european union. please correct me, if i should be wrong.

Sorry for my passiveness up to now, I'm eaten up by carneval. Will be back on thursday.

A proposal for the meantime: Whats about difference in male conversation/communication vs female communication (venus ./. mars by John Gray ?) . Can it be that men are "result-oriented" and therefor do not participate in "purpose-free" conversations?

In addition: are there perhaps differences according to nationality?
